If this was seriously an unlock puzzle and not just a random image which allowed WinDEU to post the unlock code someone should give a hint on how it was solved. :)

It was a random picture. The solution was that it in fact was an unlock code hint. In that figuring out it was an unlock code hint would cause WinDEU to reveal the unlock code.
