Whee, I will be there. At both events. :)

Should be a fun time!

I think I had another account on here but I forgot it. Oh well.

Iron Man, huh? Glad to see something that screams variety.

Shame I can't make it, though. I've got one more semester of college to deal with.

I tank for 11 minutes, call the clock on myself, and then minraise.

I would love to go to this... but I don't live anywhere nearby and plan to be happily drowning in homework by the 13th. Hope it goes well :D

I do have to say I quite like these rules. I must say I wish that a couple of the rounds that so heavily favor my rather talented roommate were a little earlier in the tournament when point values are thinner, but that's just personal bias and I would certainly neither suggest nor ask that the rules be changed from as they are at this point. I quite like that setup, sounds fun!

To curse college or not...

...I'll not curse NC State.

Now THOSE are some fun rules. The only concern I have...Round 5 is to get the lowest percent...but good attack isn't allowed? Am I understanding that right?

That really does sound like a crazy amount of fun, insane rounds.

I particularly like Round 8. Though I'd do something even more evil.

edit: so uuumm...yeah, nm (to anyone who read this before I realized I need my eyes checked)

Man I really want to make this; I'm having tournament withdrawls. Miss hanging out with people. Going to PAX the end of August so can't take more time off during the week for AMOA :( It'll be a little hard to justify the trip but I'm going to try.

Rules look super fun. Debating coming though since the songlist is made of mostly Pro songs and Im stuck with NX2 at the moment.

You're supposed to get goods by hitting the correct distance off the beat, you are not allowed to start mashing arrows a beat and a half early until they register (the first window you can hit is a good). Or at least, that's what it looks like. It's twenty times the work anyway, so a huge waste of effort in any case.
